The UQ Culture and Heritage Unit is a commercial heritage consultancy with 30 years experience.
We work with Indigenous communities, the resources sector, developers, and all levels of government to deliver professional heritage outcomes in a timely manner.
Our staff
Our team comprises specialists in archaeology, native title, Indigenous community engagement, and built heritage. We are Queensland-based but work throughout Australia. Each team-member has years of commercial consulting and research experience, all of whom hold PhDs in their field.

The Culture and Heritage Unit has the archaeological science laboratories of the University of Queensland at its disposal. A recently refurbished and re-equipped research facility that specialises in.
